What we believe
We believe most sustainability and governance advice fails the only test that matters: whether the client can defend it in front of an auditor, a regulator, or a board.
That failure is rarely a failure of effort. It is a failure of methodology — undocumented stakeholder input, unsourced thresholds, charts without provenance.
Our work is built the other way. We start with the evidence we will need at assurance, and we write the report backwards from it.
We do not compete with the Big Four — we sequence
The Big Four own the assurance signature. We design the system they will assure. A large-firm team and a boutique team do not do the same work; they run at different parts of the same track. Our clients typically bring us in six to twelve months before the audit letter, and keep us retained through the post-assurance remediation. Your auditor does not lose business to us. Our clients' audit committees prefer it when both are in the room.

A short, sharp readout: where you stand, what the rule actually requires, and the shortest path to compliance. A single document, signed by a partner, priced before we start.
PROGRAMME

3–9 MONTHS · SCOPED SOW
Full delivery: sustainability strategy, CSRD implementation, compliance framework, or risk programme — led by a named partner from first call to final sign-off.
RETAINER

ROLLING · MONTHLY
An outsourced senior function. Board-level advice, investor questions, regulatory-change monitoring — response window defined in the engagement letter. Typically 2–8 partner days per month.
Our client policy
We take on engagements we can resource with a named partner. We refuse to work on projects where we disagree with the premise. We do not accept mandates from enterprises whose primary business conflicts with our standards.
A boutique is also a list of refusals, held in writing and not marketed around.
