Your right to lodge a complaint

Without prejudice to any other remedy, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with AZOP if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). A complaint may be submitted in writing to the address above, by email, or using the forms on the AZOP website.We ask only that, where you are comfortable doing so, you raise the concern with us first — it is often the fastest route to a resolution. Contacting us first does not in any way limit your right to complain to AZOP.
